
The program is designed to work towards facilitating athletic growth and development in specific cycling disciplines, preparing athletes for competition or improved performance and overall wellness and general fitness.
Riders of this program will learn the fundamentals of cycling, which will allow them to master cycling specific disciplines from road to track, mountain bike and cyclo-cross, sprint and long course triathlons as well as cross-training for other endurance sports. Athletes who participated in the program last winter went on to become National and World Champions, Ironman finishers, leaders up the hill, and greatly improved their technique, strength, and speed on the bike.
